Customized Employment

Welcome to the Customized Employment Training Course! This course accompanies the 25-week Customized Employment Training Program and is designed to provide you with new material each week of the program. All materials are organized into weekly lessons and can be accessed at your own pace within each week.

Each week includes one lesson aligned with the training schedule. You will find interactive activities in each lesson, including short quizzes and ThinkSpots!, which provide opportunities to pause, reflect, and connect the content to your work and lived experiences. Quizzes are intended to support learning, not to be high-pressure assessments.

Relevant reference materials are provided weekly, allowing you to explore topics more deeply or revisit content as needed. These resources are intended for use both during and after the program.

Learner Expectations

To be successful in this course, learners are expected to:

• Engage with each weekly lesson and complete activities within the assigned timeframe
• Participate in quizzes and ThinkSpots! as opportunities for learning and reflection
• Apply course concepts to real-world situations when possible
• Ask questions and seek clarification when needed
