Osteoporosis is a disease that makes our bones fragile and susceptible to fractures. It is an epidemic in this country, yet 70% of the people who have don’t even know it. And the impact of a bone fracture can be devastating. Fortunately, many of these fractures are preventable. This course will help you understand how to promote bone health and prevent fractures.
