IPS is a specific model of Supported Employment and your agency must be approved to offer this. (If you do not provide IPS please select “traditional”)
Supported Employment Core Training Series*
The SE Core Training Series is made up of two Sessions. Each session has an online course that must be completed before attending the scheduled Live day(s) via Zoom. The full Core Training Series, both Sessions 1 and 2, are required for those who provide direct Supported Employment service in Kentucky. If you are a Supervisor, and do not provide direct Supported Employment service, you only need to attend the online courses, but are welcome to attend the live days as well. The online courses are taken at your own pace but must be completed 48 hours prior to beginning the first live via Zoom scheduled day. You will receive the Zoom link, just before the scheduled date, only if you have completed the online courses. You must pass the quizzes in order to complete the courses.

Session 1: SE Overview – Please select the dates you plan to attend the live days via Zoom*
You must attend all 3 days, 9:30 – 3:30 ET, in order to complete the training. You must complete the Session 1 online courses before you will receive the Zoom link to attend. A reminder that you must take the sessions sequentially (Session 1 before Session 2).
Session 2: Impact of Wages on Benefits – Please select the date you plan to attend the live day via Zoom*
You must attend the entire day, 9:30 – 2:30 ET to complete the training. You must complete the online course before you will receive the Zoom link to attend the live Zoom day. A reminder that you must take the sessions sequentially (Session 1 before Session 2).

Information to access the Online modules will be emailed to participants in advance of Session 2. These online modules must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the start of Session 2.
