Welcome to the Employment and Retention program training—designed specifically to equip employment specialists with the knowledge and skills needed to support individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment. As a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) provider, this course will guide you through aspects of the E&R process.
In this course, you will learn about the fundamental principles that define successful E&R employment outcomes, including consumer-centered approaches that honor individual strengths, preferences, and informed choices. You’ll explore the specific roles and responsibilities of CRPs with an emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and compliance with E&R program requirements.
Through detailed modules, interactive assignments, real-world case studies, and quizzes, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of:
- Employment criteria and integrated settings
- Essential documentation and reporting protocols
- Fee schedules, milestone payments, and bonus incentives
- Service delivery best practices

Quiz: There will be graded quizzes to check your understanding of the topics covered. You may take the final quiz multiple times until 80% is achieved. You are welcome to use the resources provided in the Dropbox.
