At the end of the course you will be able to:
·      Understand the link between falls and fractures
·      Discover the benefits of exercise for falls prevention
·      Assess your static balance
·      Perform some simple exercises to help prevent falls
 
Course Significance:
As we age, our bones lose their density, leaving them more likely to fracture or break. One of the leading causes of bone fractures is falling. While many risk factors for falls are beyond our control, preventing falls through balance and strength is within everyone’s control. Let’s learn how in this course.
