GField 12 – Communication

Sharing of information is critical to ensure employees are equipped with the information and tools necessary to conduct business and provide the best possible outcomes for individuals under guardianship. Information from statewide supervisor meetings is shared with staff in a timely manner, and regular staff meetings will occur at least once every two months to ensure that pertinent information is shared with everyone.
