Extended Coaching and Fidelity Review

Weeks 22–25 focus on extended coaching and fidelity review, ensuring that job placements are stable, sustainable, and fully aligned with Customized Employment principles. During this period, you will implement systematic instruction, natural supports, and fading strategies to help the jobseeker maintain independence and success on the job.

Mentors and supervisors will jointly review progress and outcomes using the Customized Employment Training and Services Fidelity Scale (CETSFS) indicators, providing feedback to confirm fidelity and identify any adjustments needed. These weeks emphasize ongoing support, reflection, and quality assurance, helping ensure that job placements remain effective, and sustainable over time.
