As you know, raising any child is a long, hard road, and the
same is true for children with Down syndrome.
I want you to know that I will be here whenever you need me. Make it your business to learn and read as
much as you can about your child. I will
help you advocate for him for the services and things that he needs – being an
advocate will become a very important role for you.
