Vision for Families Accessing Services

Our current model of service delivery makes it hard for families to access our services because we all work in silos. Children and families have to establish independent connections to a number of different services.

The vision of Strengthening Families is similar to what many of us know as a “system of care” model or the ability for a family to access a whole host of services once they touch one part of the system. As KY Strengthening Families grows, so will our system of partners. We want to surround children and families with the services they need from partners who coordinate with one another.
