Topic 2: When a supported employee has a Medicaid Waiver

⚠️ If the supported employee has Supports for Community Living, Michelle P, or Acquired Brain Injury waiver, you will need to first determine if additional supports will be paid by OVR or waiver dollars.

• Complete the Coordination of Funding for Employment Services form and email to Jeff.White@ky.gov.
• If you do not want to email this form, upload it into MWMA and let Jeff.White@ky.gov know to look for it.

If a supported employee has the Supports for Community Living (SCL) waiver follow the steps on the Supported Employment via SCL waiver funding process form to determine if OVR Additional Supported Employment fee or waiver dollars will be used.
