Topic 1: Requesting this Fee Copy

• Unlike other Supported Employment services, this one is billed by the hour.
• Contact the VR Counselor to request these hours.  You will need to let the OVR Counselor know how many hours of Additional Supported Employment Services you expect to need.
• Use existing VR notes depending upon what you are doing to support the consumer.
  • If you are amending the PCEP, complete the PCEP Amendment section.
  • If you are helping someone find a new job use the Job Development Activity notes
  • If you are offering additional training or facilitating new supports on the job use the Stable Employment Activity notes

The nature of Additional Supported Fee is to provide the support that is short-term in nature.

If someone needs more extensive help in finding a new job, they can reapply for OVR services and complete the process of Supported Employment again to obtain new employment.
