Topic 1: Financial Management Branch

The Financial Management Branch has many responsibilities.

The Financial Management Branch is responsible for:

All financial accountability for the Department for Aging and Independent Living (DAIL).

Developing and monitoring the DAIL operating budget and providing budget guidance to DAIL leadership.

Overseeing all DAIL contracts with provider agencies, including:

  • Monitoring of financial operations and reporting.
  • Allocations made to providers.

Ensuring prompt payment of all DAIL invoices.

Working with CHFS procurement and troubleshooting any issues.
