Guardianship has an on-call system in place to receive and process all after-hours emergency calls. An emergency is designated as medical consent, Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL), missing, or death. In the event of an emergency that is out of regular business hours, the contracted on-call agency should be contacted to handle emergency calls.
