I received a link to this article in a free email newsletter over the weekend…it contains four interactive ICEBREAKER ideas that can be used in virtual/video meeting or training sessions (or adapted for use in face to face training):
Additionally, the “We and Me” site has lots of good information to help you plan ways to help training participants make meaningful connections with each other during training – they use the phrase “connecting before content” to frame their content.
We plan to expand this area starting with the content from our 4/23/20 Virtual Trainer Connection After Hours session on Marketing Strategies for ECE Trainers.
Over the years I’ve become really proficient in using google pretty much everything professionally. I didn’t really hear google discussed, can you make a google classroom, to train with? Also I think a Kahoot would be a fun Ice breaker or competency check at the end.
