Discussion Board

Instructors ask open-ended questions, pose a problem or scenario, or prompt students to justify their views on a topic. Students type their response and respond to the posts of others.

• Using discussion board to provide an opportunity for participants to get to know each other
• As an opportunity to ask participants to share their knowledge with other participants on the topic
