Good content… will get more out of it if I am able to see the slides. I appreciated the implementation stages and the training needs at each stage. There is huge value in embedded training for new teachers – I wonder if there is more we can develop in this area.
I like the PDSA Cycle, thinking about how to integrate that with a Ministry Model for counseling- Love, Know, Speak, Do… basically build a relationship, know and understand the underlying issues, speak truth/coach, see change, continue in a circle like PDSA.
Very informative. I liked revisiting the adult learner principles and the stages development of teachers. Everyone can apply this to themselves and I think it is very important to self-reflect and be aware of how each of those stages made you feel and what was happening during that particular stage in order for you to be able to grow.
