Aida says I am going to assume that you, in your career development, have utilized a capacity view of your own interests and abilities, not what you couldn’t do.  

How would your own career have been different if you were told you had to limit your choices by your abilities.  Or, if you have had your limitations placed on your career development, what impact did that have and how did it make you feel?
