How directors communicate with current and potential employees, families, and children is vital to promoting an inclusive environment.  How we communicate can either exclude or include individuals.  Inclusive communication includes both verbal and written communication.  During this training, you will learn more about what inclusive communication is, strategies to support inclusive communication in meetings, documents, and when working with teachers and families.  Participants will create a goal of how they will implement inclusive communication in their program.
