Thank you Hans for hosting an informative Trainer Connections event with over 90 attendees and for creating this forum for ongoing dialogue on trainer related topics. If you have a a tip to share with fellow trainers this is a great place to post it.

I received a link to this article in a free email newsletter over the weekend…it contains four interactive ICEBREAKER ideas that can be used in virtual/video meeting or training sessions (or adapted for use in face to face training):

Additionally, the “We and Me” site has lots of good information to help you plan ways to help training participants make meaningful connections with each other during training – they use the phrase “connecting before content” to frame their content.

Thank you.

Thank you for recording this session.

Lots of great info shared.

Please keep these coming.

Thanks for the feedback, Kim!

We plan to expand this area starting with the content from our 4/23/20 Virtual Trainer Connection After Hours session on Marketing Strategies for ECE Trainers.

Good way to capture information!

Over the years I’ve become really proficient in using google pretty much everything professionally. I didn’t really hear google discussed, can you make a google classroom, to train with? Also I think a Kahoot would be a fun Ice breaker or competency check at the end.

I appreciate the information and hand-outs. Thank you.
