I still have an overarching goal to deliver amazing and useful training to early care workers in Kentucky. I received some coaching and learned more about NAEYC. I join that organization and found more resources to help ME understand more about the quality that my content needs to have to be effective for early care teams. I’ve been inspired to continue my own learning as well.
My goal is to create more online trainings. The pandemic has changed things drastically and I need to catch up with the times by creating more online trainings where ECE providers will have access 24/7 and can complete trainings at their most convenient times.
One of my goals is to learn more about providing online trainings, and also to be able to provide more games/icebreakers during my face-to-face trainings. I think that although I enjoy learning new technology, I haven’t had a lot of play time to even attempt online forums. With virtual learning becoming more popular today, I think it would be great to know and offer both for all participants interested in the ECE field.

Working on the FET course has been such a help in improving my trainings. Next up is completing my application for Trainer in Kentucky.
