Topic 4: Timeframes & expectations for Job Acquisition/Stable Employment Outcome and Long Term Supports and OVR

  • You are expected to check in with the supported employee a minimum of two times per month, at least one of which should be in person.
  • Maintain Stable Employment Activity Notes for the first 180 days on the job

Turn them into the OVR Counselor monthly, by the 5th of the following month, from day 1 – day 90

Keep them in your own agency file from day 91 – 180
