Notes: The trainer should arrange a tour of the office where the new staff will be assigned; as well as, introduce them to the guardianship team. This can also be done virtually using Zoom. Trainer should review any pandemic related procedures. Typically, guardians spend a lot of their time out of office, however, they will need to designate in office hours accordingly. Trainer should also confirm that staff know how to use Outlook and if not, provide training tools.
