There are several different methods and examples of how information from the Needs Assessment can be collected:

There are many methods in which a trainer can gather necessary information, use what is most applicable to your training and training style.  One way to help decide which method could work for you is to answer the following questions.

  •  What process or format would be most useful?
  •  What are the logistical considerations?
  •  What is an appropriate time commitment?
