Phoning at least 30% of registered participants.
Discussing needs of the child care programs in the region during a regularly scheduled board meeting.
Asking for specific information during director’s initial contact.
A meeting with one representative from each child care program in the county to discuss training needs.
E-mail a form to registered participants with inquiries regarding the specific training topic.
Reviewing results from staff quality self assessments or staff performance evaluations to determine training.
Determine training need based on ERS or CLASS score.
