GField 14 – Health Care Needs

As Legal guardian for an individual under guardianship, The Department for Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) may assume responsibility for securing and giving consent for physical health services and care. DAIL may inform immediate family members of pertinent physical health issues and consider family member input when making physical health care decisions.
