True Link Request & Delivery

True Link Request & Delivery

After the email request is sent and all requirements are met, the Payments & Reporting Section Supervisor in Fiduciary will send an email confirmation to the field worker stating that the individual’s card has been ordered.

Card delivery takes a minimum of 6-9 business days and could be longer.

Once the card is received by Fiduciary, the field worker will receive an email confirming the regional office where the card will be sent via UPS overnight delivery along with the tracking number.

After the card is received at the regional office, field staff must hand-deliver the card to the individual to ensure delivery confirmation and PIN set up. PIN instructions will be included with the card.

DO NOT mail or overnight the card directly to the individual. It must be hand-delivered.

If the card is a replacement, the previous PIN will transfer to the new card.

Following delivery of the card to the individual and successful PIN setup, field staff must email the Payments & Reporting Section Supervisor and request that the individual’s personal needs payments be deposited directly onto the card.

There are no funds on the card when it is sent to the regional office. Deposits are not set up until notification is made to the Payments & Reporting Section Supervisor of delivery and PIN setup.

The exception to this is when a replacement card has been requested. In those cases, the previous balance will transfer upon activation by the Payments & Reporting Section Supervisor.
