Domain: Cultivating Connections Inside the System and Out:

Staff with competency in this will facilitate linkages with both paid (professional) and unpaid (natural) supports. Ensuring an understanding of the person’s revelant health or disability issues, as well as having knowledge of the array of systems a person may access is a critical component of this work. Staff will seek to maximaize connections to natural community activities and relationships whenever possible and when consistent with the preferences of the person.
