Topic 1 : The Domains of Competencies for Case Management Roles

 
Kentucky’s Cabinet for Health & Family Services (KY CHFS) has identified four (4) broad competency areas for staff who work directly with clients and/or in case management related roles.  Each area has a set of key knowledge, skills, and abilities to describe the competency and expected practices.  These competencies were created in alignment with and are organized by the five (5) National Center on Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS) Person-Centered Plan Facilitator competency domains:  NCAPPS Person-Centered Plan Facilitator competency domains.
